Lysefjorden Ut

The race starts at Lysebotn quay at 7:30 am, and runners will follow an asphalt road up to Ørnerede, a distance of about 7.5 kilometers. Then, you will continue on the tourist trail through hilly terrain out to Kjeragbolten.

After reaching Kjeragbolten, you will continue on a tourist trail to Stordalen, further towards Lodervika and continue on the tourist trail towards Flørli. The trail comes down between Klubbatjørna and Stora Flørvannet and continues to Høye before following the construction road for about 2.3 kilometers. Then, you will turn left into the terrain and follow a tourist trail down to Flørli. The course will cross at Flørlistølen suspension bridge, and there will be course marshals at crossing points to guide runners through.

After reaching Flørli, all runners will receive a bracelet showing that they have passed through this point. Then, the race will continue up the Flørli stairs (4,444 steps) to Ternevatnet, where you will turn right over the dam and follow the Rallarstien path down towards Flørlistølen suspension bridge. Just before reaching the Flørlistølen suspension bridge, the course will cross, and there will be course marshals present.

Upon reaching the Flørlistølen suspension bridge, you will turn left and follow a tourist trail towards Skåpet. There will be course marshals on site to guide runners. You will follow the tourist trail over the mountain towards Skåpet, pass Skåpet and follow the path further down towards Vindalen to Tyrejuvet.

In Tyrejuvet, you will turn right and follow the tourist path past Stakklitjørna, further past Rundavatnet, onto an old construction road towards Skrøylå. After about 2.5 kilometers, you will come onto a gravel road that leads further towards Skrøylå.

From Skrøylå, you will follow the gravel road, and the last 4 kilometers will be on an asphalt road to the finish line in Eiane.
