Looking to cross the iconic Preikestolen hike off your bucket list? We offer a comfortable and direct transfer, from central Stavanger to the starting point of the hiking trail, and back.
The hike up to Preikestolen is one of the most popular in Norway.
Departing from Radisson Blu Atlantic Hotel in Stavanger, our bus is an easy way getting to and from the hike.
The hike up to Preikestolen is challenging. It is 8 km (4,9 mi) long and takes about 4 hours round trip. The route is signposted with lots of red-painted distance markers making it easy to follow the trail. Parts of the trail have beautiful granite stairways engineered by Nepalese Sherpas.
Make sure to bring enough food and drink supplies for the hike. Once you set off, there is nothing but beautiful nature, stunning views and your fellow hikers. There is a kiosk that sells water and refreshments where the bus drops you off.
The return bus will pick you up at the same place it let you off.
