\u662f\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u4e00\u9897\u5189\u5189\u5347\u8d77\u7684\u65b0\u661f\uff01\u8fd9\u6761\u4f4d\u4e8e\u8fea\u5c14\u8fbe\u5c14 (Dirdal) \u7684\u5168\u65b0\u5f92\u6b65\u8def\u7ebf\u5730\u7406\u4f4d\u7f6e\u4f18\u8d8a\uff0c\u4f4d\u4e8e\u65af\u5854\u4e07\u683c (Stavanger) \u548c\u8c22\u62c9\u683c (Kjerag) \u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u516c\u8def\u6cbf\u7ebf\uff0c\u975e\u5e38\u503c\u5f97\u4e00\u6e38\u3002\u8fd9\u6761\u77ed\u9014\u4f46\u6781\u5176\u9661\u5ced\u7684\u5f80\u8fd4\u8def\u7ebf\uff0c\u6cbf\u9014\u53ef\u6b23\u8d4f\u5230\u970d\u683c\u5ce1\u6e7e (H\u00f8gfjord) \u548c\u5f17\u62c9\u5ce1\u6e7e (Frafjord) \u7684\u58ee\u4e3d\u666f\u8272\u3002.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_d4_element et_pb_row et_pb_row_2  et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode et_block_row\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_d4_element et_pb_column_4_4 et_pb_column et_pb_column_3  et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode et-last-child et_block_column\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_module et_d4_element et_pb_text et_pb_text_2  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\" dir=\"ltr\">Ramnstoknuten is located at the \"junction\" between the H\u00f8gsfjord and Frafjord. Despite its unique location and stunning views, the hike has been relatively unknown, until recently. Traditionally, visitors hiked to Ramnstoknuten from Giljast\u00f8len, which is a fairly long and demanding excursion. Locals have now upgraded the incredibly steep trail from Dirdal, so that is now possible to hike straight up.<\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\" dir=\"ltr\">The trailhead is located at Dirdal marina. From the harbor, follow the river a short distance to a bridge. At the side of the river, hikers have two options. You can either go to the left and hike up \"Mulen\" (closest to the fjord) or go straight up through \"Skaret\" (<em>\u978d<\/em> \uff08\u82f1\u6587\u539f\u6587\uff09\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60f3\u8d70\u73af\u7ebf\uff0c\u5efa\u8bae\u4e0a\u5c71\u6500\u767b\u7a46\u4f26\u5cf0\uff0c\u4e0b\u5c71\u6500\u767b\u65af\u5361\u96f7\u7279\u5cf0\u3002\u4e0a\u5c71\u7684\u7a46\u4f26\u5cf0\u8def\u6bb5\u8f83\u4e3a\u5f00\u9614\uff0c\u4e5f\u66f4\u5177\u6311\u6218\u6027\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u6bd4\u4e0b\u5c71\u7684\u65af\u5361\u96f7\u7279\u5cf0\u8def\u6bb5\u957f\u51e0\u767e\u7c73\u3002.<\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\" dir=\"ltr\">\u6b65\u9053\u6cbf\u9014\u8def\u6807\u6e05\u6670\u3002\u867d\u7136\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u6761\u77ed\u9014\u5f92\u6b65\u8def\u7ebf\uff0c\u4f46\u5761\u5ea6\u975e\u5e38\u9661\u5ced\u3002\u77ed\u77ed2\u516c\u91cc\uff0c\u6d77\u62d4\u4e0a\u5347600\u7c73\uff01\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u6cbf\u9014\u7684\u666f\u8272\u4e5f\u5f88\u5feb\u5c31\u80fd\u6620\u5165\u773c\u5e18\u3002\u5982\u679c\u8fd0\u6c14\u597d\uff0c\u5728\u6674\u6717\u7684\u5929\u6c14\u91cc\u5f92\u6b65\uff0c\u60a8\u5c06\u6b23\u8d4f\u5230\u970d\u683c\u65af\u5ce1\u6e7e\u548c\u5f17\u62c9\u5ce1\u6e7e\u7684\u58ee\u4e3d\u666f\u8272\u3002.<\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\" dir=\"ltr\">\u7531\u4e8e\u5730\u5f62\u9661\u5ced\uff0c\u4e0b\u5c71\u6240\u9700\u65f6\u95f4\u51e0\u4e4e\u4e0e\u4e0a\u5c71\u76f8\u540c\u3002\u65e0\u8bba\u662f\u5426\u9009\u62e9\u5f80\u8fd4\u8def\u7ebf\uff0c\u90fd\u5efa\u8bae\u4ece\u65af\u5361\u96f7\u7279\u5c71\u4e0b\u5c71\u3002.<\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">\u6765\u6e90\uff1a <a href=\"https:\/\/ut.no\/turforslag\/1112444\/topptur-til-ramnstoknuten-562-moh\">ut.no<\/a><\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_d4_element et_pb_section et_pb_section_1  et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode et_section_regular et_block_section\" >\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_d4_element et_pb_row et_pb_row_3  et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode et_block_row\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_d4_element et_pb_column_1_2 et_pb_column et_pb_column_4  et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode et_block_column\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_module et_d4_element et_pb_text et_pb_text_3  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><table border=\"1\" style=\"height: 179px; Park at <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/PKu7CpP3jtTXcMuK6\">\u8fea\u5c14\u8fbe\u5c14\u65af\u7279\u5170\u52a0\u5fb7\u82cf\u8428\u5c14\u683c<\/a><\/strong>
