Dirdal. Tenk p\u00e5 sikkerhet n\u00e5r du sykler gjennom et par tunneler. Det er flotte sykkelstier i Dirdal. Frafjord og M\u00e5nafossen er mulige avstikkere her, men fjellovergangen over Giljast\u00f8len er krevende. I Dirdal passerer ruten Ramnstoknuten-startstedet. Herfra g\u00e5r det bratt opp til Oltedal, f\u00f8r den igjen legger biltrafikken bak seg. Via Oltedalsvatnet, Gjesdal kirke og Limavatnet kommer du til \u00c5lg\u00e5rd. F\u00f8lg gode sykkelstier sykler du langs Figgjoelva og Br\u00e5steinvatnet. Via H\u00f8yland og Austr\u00e5tt ruller du ned til Sandnes igjen.
