fjorden, med vid utsikt over Ryfylkebassenget. Man ser Rennes\u00f8y og glimt av flere andre Ryfylke\u00f8yer og holmer, samt Stavanger i det fjerne. Landsbyen Tau, kjent for sin vakre M\u00f8llepark, er verdt et stopp. Herfra svinger ruten \u00f8stover, forbi Bj\u00f8rheimsvatnet. P\u00e5 hver side av Tysdalsvatnet rager bratte fjellsider hundrevis av meter over vannet. Her sykler du uten trafikk p\u00e5 den gamle veien, gjennom vill natur. De siste kilometerne mot \u00c5rdal m\u00e5 sykles p\u00e5 riksvei 13, uten sykkelsti. Veien gjennom M\u00e5landsdalen g\u00e5r over et sete, og her kan det v\u00e6re mye trafikk og
