p\u00e5 fantastiske naturopplevelser. N\u00e5r du sykler den \u201cgamle veien\u201d via Kolabygda til J\u00f8rpeland, f\u00e5r du oppleve Lysefjorden, H\u00f8gsfjorden og Botnefjorden. Underveis er det en rekke sm\u00e5 bakker \u00e5 forsere, men innsatsen bel\u00f8nnes med fine nedoverbakker. Du sykler langs fjordarmer med mange koselige viker og sm\u00e5 g\u00e5rder. Det er mulig \u00e5 ta en avstikker til \u00f8yene Idsal og Idse, eller g\u00e5 en tur i Hesten naturreservat, som omfatter s\u00e6regen norsk kystfuruskog. Ryfylkebyen J\u00f8rpeland er et naturlig sted \u00e5 spise en god middag, sove godt og oppleve et typisk norsk
