langs het fjord, met weidse uitzichten over het Ryfylke-bekken. U ziet Rennes\u00f8y en een glimp van verschillende andere Ryfylke-eilanden en -eilandjes, evenals Stavanger in de verte. Het dorp Tau, bekend om zijn prachtige M\u00f8llepark, is een tussenstop waard. Vanaf hier buigt de route af naar het oosten, langs het Bj\u00f8rheimsvatnet. Aan weerszijden van het Tysdalsvatnet rijzen steile berghellingen honderden meters boven het water uit. Hier fietst u verkeersvrij over de oude weg, door ongerepte natuur. De laatste kilometers naar \u00c5rdal moet u fietsen over de nationale weg 13, zonder fietspad. De weg door M\u00e5landsdalen gaat over een zadel, waar het druk kan zijn met verkeer en
