Frafjord og M\u00e5nafossen er mulige avstikkere her, men det er tungt \u00e5 sykle over Giljast\u00f8lveien. I Dirdal g\u00e5r Lysefjordruta forbi startpunktet for fjellturen til Ramnstoknuten. Herfra g\u00e5r det bratt opp til Oltedal, f\u00f8r en igjen svinger vekk fra biltrafikken. Via innl\u00f8pet til Oltedalsvatnet, Gjesdal kyrkje og Limavatnet n\u00e5r man \u00c5lg\u00e5rd. P\u00e5 flotte sykkelstier sykler man s\u00e5 langs Figgjoelva og Br\u00e5steinvatnet. Via H\u00f8yland og Austr\u00e5tt ruller man ned til Sandnes sentrum igjen.
