Rockman Swimrun

During Rockman Swimrun, the exciting story of Rockman will continue along the shores of Lysefjorden, where great challenges await you. Rockman’s long course starts with specacular ferry jump and a fjordswim of 1000 meter before you must climb the 4444 stairway to heaven. After returning to Flørli you will challenge yourself with the refreshing fjordcrossing. Here you will scrabmle up for magificants views before running down the sunshine hill. At Songesand the technical trails meet and greet you! Here your fellow short course athletes will join the fun.
After a short swim from Songesand you will run the seasidesprint segment before swiming from Bakken Kai to Brattli. At Brattli you will head up the hills towards the PulpIT rock, here the technical trial become thougher. At the Pulp IT make sure you enjoy the views before heading down towards the final swims at the Great Lakes at Revsåvatnet before finishing at the Preikestolen BaseCamp area.
