Songesand es un pueblo situado a mitad del fiordo Lysefjord, con su propio muelle de ferry y carretera que cruza Lyngsheia hasta \u00c5rdal. El nombre Songesand proviene del r\u00edo Songa, y hay varias peque\u00f1as granjas en la zona.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

The quay area houses the remnants of Pilt-Olas nail factory, and a plot of land named \"Litle Danmark,\" which was used to unload ballast soil from ships arriving from Denmark. The name Songesand is derived from the Songa river, meaning \"to carry sand with it.\"<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
