maravillosas experiencias en plena naturaleza. Recorriendo en bicicleta la antigua ruta que pasa por Kolabygda hasta J\u00f8rpeland, podr\u00e1 admirar el Lysefjord, el H\u00f8gsfjord y el Botnefjord. A lo largo del camino, encontrar\u00e1 algunas peque\u00f1as colinas que superar, pero el esfuerzo se ver\u00e1 recompensado con agradables descensos. Pedalear\u00e1 a lo largo de los brazos del fiordo, con numerosas calas acogedoras y peque\u00f1as granjas. Es posible desviarse hacia las islas de Idsal e Idse, o dar un paseo por la reserva natural de Hesten, que alberga un singular bosque de pinos costeros noruegos. amplias vistas de la cuenca de Ryfylke. Se divisa Rennes\u00f8y y se vislumbran otras islas e islotes de Ryfylke, as\u00ed como Stavanger a lo lejos. Merece la pena detenerse en el pueblo de Tau, conocido por su hermoso M\u00f8llepark. Desde aqu\u00ed, la ruta gira al este, pasando por el lago Bj\u00f8rheimsvatnet. A ambos lados del lago Tysdalsvatnet, escarpadas laderas se elevan cientos de metros sobre el agua. Aqu\u00ed se puede circular en bicicleta por la antigua carretera, sin tr\u00e1fico, atravesando la naturaleza salvaje. Los \u00faltimos kil\u00f3metros hacia \u00c5rdal deben recorrerse por la carretera nacional 13, sin carril bici. La carretera que atraviesa M\u00e5landsdalen pasa por un collado, por lo que puede haber mucho tr\u00e1fico y El puerto de monta\u00f1a no es largo ni tiene mucho tr\u00e1fico, pero s\u00ed bastante empinado. En las laderas de ascenso, \u00c5rdal desaparece r\u00e1pidamente tras de ti. Desde Lysebotn hasta \u00d8ygardst\u00f8l (inicio del sendero Kjerag), solo hay 7,5 kil\u00f3metros. Pero los ciclistas deben superar la friolera de 640 metros, repartidos en 27 vertiginosas curvas cerradas. Una de las curvas se encuentra a mitad de un t\u00fanel de 1.000 metros de longitud. La subida no termina despu\u00e9s de las curvas. La carretera de Lysevegen, que lleva a Sirdal, alcanza su punto m\u00e1s alto a 932 metros sobre el nivel del mar. La carretera es estrecha, sinuosa y con muchas colinas, atravesando un paisaje \u00e1rido y lunar. etapa no es demasiado exigente, al menos en teor\u00eda. Tras algunas buenas subidas entre los valles de Sirdal y Hunnedalen, el camino es cuesta abajo hasta Byrkjedal. Sin embargo, suele haber viento en contra en este espectacular valle de origen glaciar. Al norte de Hunnedalen se encuentra el \u00e1rea de conservaci\u00f3n paisaj\u00edstica de Frafjordheiane, punto de partida de numerosas rutas de senderismo de monta\u00f1a, tanto en verano como en invierno. El descenso a Byrkjedal es precioso. Hay laderas escarpadas a lo largo del hermoso r\u00edo Dirdal. Grandes rocas se encuentran dispersas, testigos silenciosos de la \u00faltima glaciaci\u00f3n. Byrkjedal es un peque\u00f1o punto de encuentro para viajeros procedentes de diversas direcciones. Aqu\u00ed se puede descansar y disfrutar de la naturaleza, una buena comida y una noche de sue\u00f1o reparador, antes de emprender la \u00faltima etapa de regreso a la Dirdal. Ten cuidado al pasar en bicicleta por un par de t\u00faneles. En Dirdal hay excelentes carriles bici. Frafjord y M\u00e5nafossen son posibles desv\u00edos, pero el puerto de monta\u00f1a sobre Giljast\u00f8len es exigente. En Dirdal, la ruta pasa por el inicio del sendero de Ramnstoknuten. Desde aqu\u00ed asciende abruptamente hasta Oltedal, antes de dejar atr\u00e1s el tr\u00e1fico de coches. Pasando por el lago Oltedalsvatnet, la iglesia de Gjesdal y el lago Limavatnet, llegar\u00e1s a \u00c5lg\u00e5rd. Siguiendo buenos carriles bici, pedalear\u00e1s a lo largo del r\u00edo Figgjo y el lago Br\u00e5steinvatnet.
