En ser Rennes\u00f8y og skimter flere andre Ryfylke\u00f8yer, samt Stavanger i det fjerne. Tettstedet Tau, kjent for sin flotte M\u00f8llepark, er verdt en stopp. Herfra vendes snuten \u00f8stover, forbi Bj\u00f8rheimsvatnet og seilingsmerkene \u00abBj\u00f8rheimskjeften\u00bb og Reinaknuten. P\u00e5 hver side av Tysdalsvatnet ruver bratte fjellsider. Her sykler man uten trafikk p\u00e5 gamle riksvei 13, i vill natur. De siste kilometerne mot \u00c5rdal m\u00e5 en sykle p\u00e5 riksvei 13, uten sykkelsti. Veien gjennom M\u00e5landsdalen g\u00e5r over et skar, og her kan det v\u00e6re mye trafikk og lastebiler.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row
